All transactions, previews, and service fulfillment take place within our official Discord Server. Upon payment, you are entitled to the specific deliverables outlined in your selected tier. Digital assets are delivered "as-is."
Due to the nature of Digital Goods and Labor-Intensive Services (Video Editing), all sales are final. Once a Discord template has been shared or video editing has commenced, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing, you waive your right to dispute charges based on "change of mind."
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time via our Discord support system, but you will not be refunded for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.
Example Tools is not responsible for any actions taken against your Discord account or server by Discord Inc. for your use of our templates. You are responsible for ensuring your community follows Discord's official Community Guidelines.
You are granted a license to use our templates for your community. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our templates or edited videos as your own work for the purpose of reselling to third parties.
